Just announced on MSNBC, Keith Olbermann will be with them for four more years and has a contract to work with NBC to do some commentary and opinion. More below.
I know this is little more than a comment but it's the kind of news that puts a smile on my face. Keith has had an incredible impact on the move to a real "fair and balanced" MSNBC, along with Dan Abrams who has exceeded everyone's expectations, IMO. Good on 'em. Four more years of Countdown.
The rise of ratings on MSNBC and their new formating of more politics has changed the 24hr cable news arena. I was a CNN viewer for years, I want my news, baby. But after being led to Keith I began watching MSNBC and have now forgotten what Wolf Blitzer looks like.
