Ok, I Give Up.

Most of ya'll know me by now. I have always tried to remain a fair player in the candidate wars. I am an Edwards Democrat and maybe for that reason I've worked at keeping my end of the conversation between the remaining campaigns as civil and fair as I can.

I'm more than aware that the supporters of Sen. Clinton are passionate and invested in their candidate and come November we will need them. That said, I saw something tonight that ended any good will I had left for Hillary.

Tonight I saw a snake on the stage with Sen. Obama.

I've always allowed for ambition in both candidates. Without it neither would be on the path to the Presidency, and for Hillary ambition has been the steam that powers her engine. I'm a woman of her generation and I know how hard the push back is on any woman who reaches for power.

Ambition, however, doesn't trump humanity. (Unless your name is Cheney, Bush, and it seems, Clinton). She stood there with the attitude of the class tattle-tale. She reminded me of every person I've ever met who used passive/aggression to achieve their "Big Moment".

Yeah, good ol' Charlie and little Georgie helped with their oh so important issue questions like, "Flag Pin? Accessory or necessity?" Or my favorite, "Sen. Obama, is it true that you go to the same shopping mall as a known ex-Black Panther's step-father's aunt? And, why haven't you disclosed this before?"

But, as I watched the scales fell from my eyes and landed on her skin, a forked tongue slithered in and out and I witnessed the reality of a second Clinton administration. It wasn't pretty and can't happen.

I'm done.
